I spent years on the front lines as a paramedic, witnessing firsthand the physical and mental toll of high-pressure environments. That experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how the human nervous system responds to crisis. Today, as a clinical hypnotherapist, I’ve traded the sirens for a sanctuary, helping thousands of people worldwide navigate the complexities of anxiety, panic, and stress.

My approach isn't just about "feeling better"—it’s about nervous system regulation. I combine my clinical expertise with paramedic-proven techniques to give you tools that work when you need them most. Whether you are in the middle of a panic attack or struggling with racing thoughts at 3:00 AM, my sessions are designed to signal to your brain that you are safe.
